Speaking

Going back to my grad school days as a teaching assistant, I have been speaking in public forums for fifteen years. After graduation, I started teaching technology classes both as a client and a consultant. These days, I speak about topics related to technology, organizations, people, and processes.
If I write about it on this blog on in my books, then I can speak about it.
Examples of some of the specific topics on which I speak include:
- What is Enterprise 2.0?
- Many topics related to social media
- Open source software ins and outs
- Are we ready? Determining if an organization is ready for a new system
- Intelligent system expansion
- Mid-implementation corrective mechanisms
- Ongoing system maintenance: What to do now that we’re live?
- Selecting implementation partners
- Supporting your new system
- System challenges in a recession
- What kind of system? The make, buy, or rent decision
- …and many more.
I also present detailed case studies illustrating many of the principles from my first book. View samples of me in action by clicking here. More are coming in better quality, I promise. Really.
