I have my doubts about whether OS will be the standard. Is it making inroads? Of course. Will it supplant many of the apps out there anytime soon? Too soon to tell.

I agree that the lack of good support is a major downside of open source software. When you find any bugs in an open source CMS, you'il just have to scour the forums in order to hopefully get some kind of answer. However, open source seems to be getting more and more popular everyday. It won't be long before free software will be the standard, I think! Very interesting podcast.
