The connection was filled with static, here's what I heard: Comcast is such a [VOIP Static] company. I mean, I have been waiting for [VOIP Static] five [VOIP Static] hours for these [VOIP Static] people to get back to me! Comcast [VOIP Static] Cares? Well, I’ll you what [VOIP Static] Comcast doesn’t [VOIP Static] care about – Phil [VOIP Static] Simon – not one [VOIP Static] bit, that’s for [VOIP Static] sure! I don’t know what words I missed amongst all that static, I’m sure they weren’t important – just like how keeping Phil as a customer isn’t [VOIP Static] important to [VOIP Static] Comcast!
