The eBook is now available. This is one just one of the sites that sells the Adobe eBook. Note that you can buy the book for the Kindle (see above), just not in the Kindle Store.

Huh?

No, I don’t understand exactly why either. If I had to guess, I’d say that it has everything to do with Amazon playing hardball with its partners.
